I have created a cell phone affiliate site at Instant Cell Phones.  The site is fed by the XML feed from Commission Junction provided by LetsTalk.com.  The feed populates a database that I use to create a PHP and a Javascript feed.  The company pages on the site are PHP and the category pages are Javascript to prevent duplicate content.    I assign the phones to the categories and rank them per category.  All you have to do is add the feeds to your site.  I can provide you with the feed links or I can build a site for you like InstantCellPhones.com.  The site is built on the Wordpress platform and is easy to maintain.  I even put together all the plugins for SEO.

I have added an XML feed with credit card info to smartcreditchoices.com.  Now the site owner can select which offers to manually update and which ones to have populated by the feed.
